Back Creek Cemetery sits behind Back Creek Friends Church and contains around 1000 burials, including civil war veterans, 1 war of 1812 veteran, and a confederate veteran.
When Park Cemetery opened nearby, many families moved their loved ones from Back Creek to Park because it was much better maintained.
